PRSI Jaipur Chapter Election Program

Dear Members,

As per the directions of the Executive Committee, PRSI, Jaipur Chapter, the election program for the seven posts of the executive committee members will be as follows:

1. Date of Nomination till 22nd  November, 2015 by 3:00 pm.  – Nominationform
2. Scrutiny of nominations and declaration of final contestants list: 23rd November, 2015 at 3:00 pm.
3. Withdrawals: 25^th  November, 2015, till 3:00 pm.
4. Declaration of final list of candidates: 25th November, 2015, 7:00 pm.
5. Election by Secret Ballot: 29^Th November, 2015 from 12:15 to 2:00 pm.
6. Declaration of Results: 29^th November, 2015.
7. Venue: Rajasthan Prodh Shikshan Samiti at 7A Jhalana Area, Jaipur Time : 11:00 am
8. Members advised to bring their Photo identity Cards(DL/Voter ID/Aadhar Card/Passport/Office I Card) in their name and any other valid documents with them to substantiate the validity of their’ membership at the time the elections are held.
9. Nomination papers can be filed during the given time at the address given:

10. Please also refer the letter of PRSI Executive committee, dated, 05-11-2015 according to which the process of election will be conducted, copy of which is again attached herewith.
11. As far election process electronically is concerned, it doesn’t see feasible at present, hence only the procedure of secret ballot paper on the spot will be observed.
