A seminar on” Consumers Satisfaction through Public Relations” was organised by PRSI Jaipur Chapter on Sunday 28th August 2016. Dr Anant Sharma National President of National Consumers Confederation of India was Chief guest and Mr Ram Chandra Sharma Secretary of Consumers action & net work society was guest of honour on the occasion.
They impressed upon that Public Relations is key of the Consumers Satisfaction & building brand image. They said that there are many provisions available in the act for Consumers protection, however, in absence of awareness consumers suffers a lot. In this regards, organisations like PRSI can help in campaigning public awareness to improve the situation. Mr Mahendra Jain Chairman of PRSI Jaipur Chapter welcome the guests & participants and Mr Ravi Shanker Sharma Secretary gave thanks. A large number of chapter’s members & other interested persons attended the seminar.
